1~1.5 hours for 2D design , 5~6 hours for 3D design and about the price10 minutes for 2D design , 1 hours for 3D design.

Who delivers my pins?

We ship DHL,UPS,FedEX,TNT directly to your door. Delivery takes between 2 to 3 days depending on where you live. Other delivery arrangement can be made if requested.

Do you guarantee your products?

PINSBACK Team every product we manufacture with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt.

Once I approve the proof, how do I place my pins into production?

Please send confirmation into to our E-mail .when we check your e-mail after . then we will produce for you.

What is the minimum number of pins that I can order?

Our minimum quantity to order is 100. But we also can make 1pcs quantity or 10pcs , 20pcs , your larger quantity will depend on a best price .

Do you offer a rush service?

Yes, we have rush order service, But you need to pay rush cost . However, if you have a time frame constraint you are working under please let your salesperson know and we will try out best to do that meet that time frame.

How can I tell which process will be used to make my pin?

The only real way to determine the process to be used is for us to see the artwork. From there we can give you options on what would work best. or you can tell us that you want hard enamel or soft enamel , we can revise the artwork to do the process.

Do I have to have lines in my pin separating colors?

No, you do not have to have lines separating colors in a lapel pin. Screen printing the colors directly onto the pin surface eliminates the need for lines. Lines are on the pin to keep colors separate when we heat the pin or all the colors would blend together.

Who designs my pin?

You can either send us your design or we can design the pin for you. Email the details of what your pin should look like. jpg. ai. or pdf. format ,any is ok for us . we have professional design team !

How long do pins take to make?

Some lapel pins can be delivered in as little as 7 days while other may take 3 weeks. It all depends on the process used to make them and Quantity.
